Floristerías Los Claveles will deliver the flower arrangements to the address provided by the customer once it is processed and verified by the system. The florist reserves the right not to process an order if the delivery address is not within our delivery areas.
Delivery to Lima –Perú:
All orders must be made with at least 24 hours in advance. We deliver orders Monday through Saturday before 3pm or after 3pm, according to each customer demands. Sunday and holiday deliveries will be done before 2pm.
Same day delivery:
Deliveries to the following cities: Arequipa, Trujillo, Chiclayo, Huaraz, Cusco, Tacna e Iquitos, must be made with 24 hours in advance. You may choose the following delivery times:
The products that are shown on our website are those to be delivered within the city of Lima. Deliveries to other cities will be performed by affiliated florist. Flower arrangements and gift boxes are designed with the style and flowers available in those cities. Floristerias Los Claveles reserves the right to replace those products that could not be found with other ones of the sameor higher value. In case that a certain product cannot be replaced by one of our affiliated florist, we will contact the customer by phone or email.
International orders must be placed with at least 24 hours in advance, we use the services of our affiliated florist. Deliveries will be done Monday through Friday, for Saturday deliveries please consult the florist. There is no exact delivery time. Flower arrangements will be designed with the style and products available in the affiliated florist. We recommend previous consultation with the florist in order to confirm if the desired city is within our delivery zone.
SPECIAL DATES AND HOLIDAYS:

During these special days we recommend placing your orders with at least 48 hours in advance. There is no exact delivery time, the flower arrangements and or gift products will be delivered to their destinations throughout the day. We recommend sending the flowers with 1 or 2 days before the special event due to the high demand of deliveries we usually experience around those dates. The florist reserves the right not to process orders that are received and need to be delivered on the same day, depending on stock availability. The customer has the option to change the chosen product for another one of the same value so it can be delivered on the same day.
NO DELIVERIES WILL BE PERFORMED DURING THE FOLLOWING DAYS:
In order to perform deliveries during these days, previous consultation is suggested with at least 2 days in advance.
DELIVERY DIFFICULTIES:
Floristerías Los Claveles reserves the right to call the recipient in case of not finding the correct delivery address. If by the time the flowers arrive to their destination, the recipient is not present to receive the flowers, we will leave a note indicating that the recipient must get in contact with us so we can coordinate a new delivery. Delivery charges may apply again.
RETURN POLICY
Floristerías Los Claveles guarantees the quality of the products. If the products arrive in bad conditions the customer must immediately contact the florist within the first 2 hours. Floristerías Los Claveles will evaluate the conditions in which the product arrived and will proceed to perform the partial or complete exchange.
REIMBURSE POLICY
In the event that Floristerías Los Claveles cannot perform a delivery on the date requested by the customer we will contact the customer. If the customer does not want the product we will proceed to reimburse the paid amount
